| 除臭设备结构 Structure of deodorizing equipment 除臭设备由圆形塔体,用法兰分段联接而成。具体结构由进风段、压力室、鼓泡贮液箱、两级喷淋段、旋流板、出风锥帽等组成。其特点是:制作方便、便于按装检修、强度高、占地面积小。废气由风机压入净化塔的内筒形成压力室,再由压力室均配给每根鼓泡管,废气通过鼓泡进入贮液箱的吸收中和液中产生鼓泡,使气液充分接触,提高净化效率。然后进入喷淋层,喷淋形式采用双层填料,两级喷淋,使气液充分接触,提高净化效率。本塔配用一台玻璃钢离心通风机和塑料水泵或不锈钢水泵即可。当处理风量在10000立方米以上时,采用二台水泵就能达到设计要求。 The deodorization equipment is made up of a circular tower body connected by flanges in segments. The exhaust gas enters the absorption neutralizing liquid of the storage tank through bubbling to produce bubbling, which makes the gas-liquid fully contact and improves the purification efficiency. Then it enters the spraying layer. The spraying form adopts double-layer filler and two-stage spraying, which makes the gas and liquid fully contact and improves the purification efficiency. The tower is equipped with a FRP centrifugal fan and plastic water pump or stainless steel water pump. When the air handling capacity is over 1000 cubic meters, two pumps can meet the design requirements. |
